Homelessness and Oral Health Program (HOHP) referral training

The course is estimated to take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

This course is designed to address any knowledge gaps between referring agencies and the HOHP referral pathway. 

It provides key information on eligibility, service availability, and appointment processes.

You will learn about:

  • SA Dental and the services available
  • Eligibility criteria for HOHP
  • How to differentiate between urgent and non-urgent cases
  • How to make accurate and appropriate referrals

You can work through the course content at your own pace and pause and resume at any time without losing your progress.

Upon successful completion of the course quiz (with a pass mark of 85%), you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
